Questions we hear from customers. All the time.

If you have a question that we’ve not answered here, please don’t hesitate to contact us. Either use the "Ask a question" button below to send us an email or give us a call at 800-421-3380. A big part of our job is making you feel comfortable and confident in the work we do.

How fast can you get here?

Our team is “on call” 24/7 for emergency services. We arrive within 60 minutes from the time we get an emergency call.

How much will it cost to get things back to normal?

Again, the answer depends on the extent of damage and work required. We work directly with your insurance company. Once our work is done, we ask you to complete and return the necessary forms stating services were provided to your satisfaction. We then submit this required documentation and associated invoice to your insurance company for payment.

How do you bill for your services?

We work directly with your insurance company.

How do you keep me informed of your progress?

One of the most important things we do for our customers is provide peace of mind. We pride ourselves on our communication efforts. Our project managers thoroughly explain the process and provide a cell phone number to call with any questions. Once our work is done, we follow up with a phone call to make sure you are satisfied with our work and have no further needs.

What can be salvaged?

We have nearly 30 years of experience helping commercial and residential customers recover from natural and man-made disasters. From cleaning and restoring building structures, furnishings and important documents to their pre-fire or water damage condition to detecting and remediating mold: It’s all part of what we do, responsibly and professionally.

How long will it take to get things back to normal?

Much of the answer depends on the extent of damage and work required to address it. One of the first steps we take is to assess the damage and provide an estimate of the time and effort needed to get you back to normal.

How long can my possessions be in storage?

The length of time in storage depends on the length of time it takes to complete the restoration process.

Who pays for your services?

For disaster circumstances covered by your homeowners or commercial property insurance, the insurance provider pays the cost of restoration—minus the deductible amount—per the terms of your policy. Always contact your insurance agent or insurance company when a loss occurs.

If you have further questions about any aspect of our services or insurance company involvement, please don’t hesitate to call us. You can reach us toll-free 24/7 at 800-421-3380, or at 401-725-3380. Either way, when you call, know that you are speaking directly to one of us.
